Raymond and the team provide a wonderful service; on arrival you are always greeted with a smile and a hello! The salon is clean and nicely decorated and there is a nice community feel within as most people are willing to chat whilst you’re getting your nails done. The colour options are great and I have had numerous times where I have provided an inspiration picture and the team are always willing to provide suggestions for how to achieve the look, and do a great job of replicating. Tommy is my usual go-to and he does a fantastic job every time - I usually get BIAB and gel polish and have been coming for 5 years with no complaints (so much so that I travel a 70 min round trip to keep coming back, having since left Henley!). I recommend Amour Beaute to anyone looking for a great experience and a beautiful set of nails!

The reception was well-managed and efficient (10/10).
The place feels welcoming, relaxing and the TV is a good idea as it makes the place comfortable, also something to look at (10/10).
The quality of service was excellent, it felt professional. The technician, Tommy, was passionate, skilled, hardworking, and detail-oriented, based on my observations. The nail polish used was of a good quality (10/10).
They worked great in a team offering a very detailed service. Great communication asking me during the service if happy or what is happening next. I even got a fabulous hand massage from Kenny (I think that's was his name) (10/10)
I left feeling happy. Even my partner commented that the results look professional.
